Recipes from Around The World

We all have our favorite regional recipes.  New England Clam Chowder, Southern Fried Chicken, etc.

In the past 20 or so years, international cooking has begun to take a place on our dinner tables.  For instance, Chinese has long been a quick Friday night dinner, while French cuisine was the pentacle every up-scale restaurant tried to imitate, and just about everyone has had Pizza or spaghetti.

Then along came Tex-Mex, a hybrid of southwestern and Mexican cooking, spicy foods from the West Indies, Indian curry, Middle Eastern falafels, Greek and every other country can be found in our local supermarket.

Here we would like to offer a sampling of recipes you can make at home for your "International" eating pleasure.
