At one time, cook book publishers sold their books in
volumes which you could buy each month. I have one such 12 book
collection, which gave me some of my best recipes and after 20 years,
I am still using.
Those books are still around, and their recipes are
just as good today as they were when they were first introduced.
Although we may have to substitute or change a few of
the ingredients to fit into today's cooking standards or our dietary
habits, the recipes are still worth trying.
Many are quick, easy, and cost efficient.
