INFORMATION, PLEASE It doesn't matter how long we've been cooking, whether we are an
expert, novice, chef or even a master chef. We all want to learn
more. This is probably why the "Food Network" is such a hit.
Iron Chef, the 3D's (Diners, Dives and Drive-Ins), Top Chef and the
bake-offs are a some of my
favorites.
In fact, I love to cook! I love the challenge of trying
something new, or putting my own stamp and change an old favorite. I
think I have as many hardcover cookbooks, as I do e-books. All
the e-books we offer on this site are in my personal collection. Why do I have so many-- I love to cookI love trying new ideas and tastesand taking a family favorite,
tweaking it a bit and coming
up with a brand new dish.
There are so many vegetables, fruits, different fish and well as the old standbys.
Fixing them a new or different way, is a challenge. Sometimes
they are great, sometimes...well, we will not be fixing that again.
